A preview of 2024, and a look back at highlights from 2023!

In late 2023 Scottsdale Police recognized an increase in residential burglaries occurring in affluent areas in north Scottsdale.  Based on investigations to date, it is suspected that most of the cases are related to a nationwide trend involving South American Theft Groups, known as SATG’s.

The residents asked for heftier roads and we delivered - nearly 80 lane miles to decrease traffic!

Scottsdale has some of the lowest property taxes in the Valley along with the highest level of service and amenities; we deliver the greatest ‘bang for the buck”- simply better service for a world class community.

As soon as the State Legislature allowed Scottsdale some control, we implemented as many strong, sensible regulations of Short Term Rentals as possible

We live in the best city in America. Keeping our city special is why I ran for office, and what motivates me to serve our community.

I am in support of the 68th Street- Indian School Road to Thomas Road Construction Project. This project allows us to leverage federal funds to improve the street, freeing up local funds for projects such as road maintenance.

As the City of Scottsdale heads into FY23/24, we will be facing much stronger financial headwinds.

The fire department has long needed a contemporary training facility, and it’s now a critical issue.

We are pushing back on bad short-term rental operators and for neighborhoods.
